Terms and conditions
Version: 5 November 2026
1. Who we are
Sitelift is a service of BM International Holding B.V., IJburglaan 1495, 1087 KM Amsterdam, The Netherlands (KVK 78052769, VAT NL861247127B01) (“Sitelift”, “we”). These terms apply to all offers, quotes and agreements with our customers.
2. Business customers only
Our offer is directed exclusively at businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade, business or profession (B2B). It is not directed at consumers. By placing an order you confirm that you act as a business. Statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period), do not apply.
3. Concept preview
The concept preview is a free, non-binding draft. It is labelled as a draft, is not indexed by search engines and does not copy third-party brands. All rights in the preview remain with us until the order is placed and paid.
4. Order and price
The relaunch costs €690 one-time, excluding VAT. The agreement is formed when you confirm the offer and pay through Stripe. We start work once payment is received. Dutch VAT (currently 21%) is added unless the reverse charge applies, for example to businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number. The standard scope is: up to 5 content pages plus legal pages, one language, a contact form, basic SEO and two rounds of revisions. Shops, booking systems and custom features are quoted separately.
5. Delivery and acceptance
We create a full backup, build the new site on a test environment and ask for your approval before anything goes live. Timeframes are indicative. You provide content, access and decisions in good time. If you do not report specific defects within 14 days after we notify you that the test version is ready, the work is deemed accepted.
6. Hosting (optional)
Hosting costs €14 per month excluding VAT, billed annually in advance (€168 per year excluding VAT). It renews for a further year unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of the current term. Prepaid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we terminate without cause.
7. Content and intellectual property
You guarantee that you have the rights to the content you provide and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from it. Rights in the design we deliver pass to you once all amounts due are paid, except for third-party components, which remain subject to their own licences.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant order in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data beyond the backup we delivered. Nothing limits liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, or where the law does not allow a limitation.
9. Privacy and third parties
We process personal data as described in our privacy statement. We use third-party services such as Cloudflare, Stripe and Resend to deliver our service.
10. Governing law and courts
Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
